Self Compassion Test
So recently I got a workbook that aims to increase self compassion. Self compassion is about the way your treat yourself in the face of failure, stress, or in times of difficulty (x). It is about treating yourself with kindness, humanity, and mindfulness. I wanted to learn more and work on this with myself because of a book I read on intuitive eating.
